With all yearly corporate and organizational plans we offer direct remote video, chat trouble-ticket scheduled help-desk support based on selected packages. All storage is Handled by Solid State Drives (SSD) and Transmission is Fiber. Our recommendation for rooms are 25 video/audio streams or up to 200 audio streams on a single video stream. Thus, a moderator (one video/audio stream) can have up to 200+ attendees without video (webcam) streams.
Virtual classrooms are “web-centric” as all you need is a web browser so no need for messy downloads and installs. In addition Virtual Classroom data streams come native with secure-encryption (https) transmission. More so because many in the team here (in addition to other things) come from an ICT background spanning close to 30 years that also includes information security the whole infrastructure system (not just the applications) has a layered-security design as we do our best to ensure privacy while maintaining functionality. Meanwhile virtual classrooms also come with HD video and audio quality. Through the assistance of the whiteboard tools teaching is made both enjoyable and simplified while still allowing for the flexibility needed for any modern day learning environment. Needless to say since you are using a Web Browser you get the added benefit that there is no “additional” downloads or installs of special apps/clients on your desktop or attendee side installs required. Instead you get the absolute flexibility of modern web security with the encrypted “https” secure connection included. Virtual classrooms come standard with features such as closed caption, group/single chat, breakout rooms, shortcuts and the essential whiteboard drawing/writing tools, screen share and math features. In other words….learning takes on a new joyful personality for both teacher and student. Infrastructure is owned and team managed by experienced ICT personnel some of whom (although we are here to provide a service and not blow our own trumpet) started out their professional ICT career as Senior Engineers at organisations like Worldcom a golden age when customer care and service delivery was both prime and human based and not merely automated, so in a nutshell we are no strangers to service delivery and customer care.
